Participate in the Inuvialuktun Radio Contest (March 28 to April 3)

Did you know that March is Aboriginal Languages Month?

To celebrate, the Inuvialuit Cultural Resource Centre is giving away some awesome prizes to those who participate in the Inuvialuktun Radio Contest on Tusaavik Radio (CBC Radio One, 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.).

To enter, all you have to do is call Tusaavik Radio and say the daily words/phrases in Inuvialuktun on air. (More details below)

Please be advised that the Friday portion of the contest has been postponed. Words/phrases originally scheduled for then will now be acepted on Monday, April 3.

This is a whitefish.

For each day of the contest, submit your recordings to CBC Radio throughout the day. If you call, and no one answers, make sure to leave your contact information and someone will get back to you.
