MITS is a joint venture between Inuvialuit Development Corporation (IDC) and Hallmark Tubulars Ltd. It provides products and services to the oil and gas industry in regards to integrated tubular solutions for OCTG and line pipe. MITS offers a complete range of all products and services, from mill sourcing, inventory management, inspection, threading, returns management, logistics, rental strings, accessories and installation of pipe in the wellbore. This applies to both onshore and offshore drilling projects. MITS offers a unique and unrivalled "single point of contact" solution to all aspects of OCTG and line pipe requirements.
MITS draws on multiple decades of experience and one of the most comprehensive and diverse inventories in the industry and is able to provide its customers with the strategic support required to successfully manage costs and achieve results on remote-location drilling programs.
Nappaq Construction is a construction company based in Inuvik, Northwest Territories. The company was formed in 2013 as a joint venture between the Inuvialuit Development Corporation (IDC) and Mid West Design & Construction Ltd. Design and Construction, offering you over 30 years of construction experience. Our goal is to provide our customers with safe, reliable and cost-effective construction service.
Nappaq Design and Construction is proud to be Inuvialuit-owned and is committed to promoting sustainable economic development by providing employment and training to Inuvialuit beneficiaries and supporting local businesses and trades.
The word Nappaq means "to build" in the Inuvialuit language.
Weldco Companies is comprised of three business units: Weldco-Beales Manufacturing, Weldco Hydra-Lift and Weldco Heavy Industries. Weldco-Beales Manufacturing has operations in Edmonton, Alberta; Langley, British Columbia; Barrie, Ontario; and, Tacoma, Washington that designs and manufactures heavy equipment attachments for excavators, crawler dozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, and large trucks. Weldco Hydra-Lift, located in Edmonton, designs and manufactures truck mounted telescopic cranes ranging from 8-ton to 50-ton capacities. Weldco Heavy Industries operates from a newly constructed facility located in the heart of the Alberta Oil Sands and specializes in large steel fabrication and repair related to the mining industry.
