Organization

DAF must be used to support educational programs. These include programs that relate to the preservation, reclamation, development, or understanding of Inuvialuit history, cultures, or languages. 

Not-for-profit entities based within and outside the Inuvialuit Settlement Region, along with individuals, are eligible to apply for DAF to support programs that are open free of charge to Inuvialuit beneficiaries.

A maximum amount of $10,000 is available for each program allocation. 

The application deadline for organizations is Friday, May 24, 2019.

Individuals

DAF must be used to advance an individual’s education and personal development. This includes programs provided by universities, colleges, trade or training schools, or which relate to literacy or trades.

Applicants must be a full-time student in Certificate, Diploma or Degree programs. Individuals are eligible to receive up to $3000.

The application deadline for individuals was Friday, July 13, 2018.  Look for new information to come soon for 2019.
