Call for IDC director, mergers & acquisitions expertise

Inuvialuit Regional Corporation is seeking applications for director, Inuvialuit Development Corporation (IDC). 

As IDC continues to evolve its portfolio and pursue strategic growth opportunities, the Corporation is seeking a highly qualified individual to join its Board of Directors, bringing deep expertise in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate transactions.

The director will be familiar with the goals of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement and the mandate and strategic objectives of the Inuvialuit Development Corporation.
