ISR School Foods Program offers one-time grocery supplement for December break 

December is a season of celebration — but we know it can also bring extra costs. To help make the holidays a little brighter, and offset the high costs of food in the ISR, the IRC School Foods Program is offering a one-time $500 in-store food credit at Stanton, Co-op, or North Mart for registered Inuvialuit elementary to high school students attending school in the ISR. This one-time special holiday support is designed to help these Inuvialuit students enjoy a joyful and nourishing December school break. 

December credits will be available in stores as follows: 
Stanton – December 5 
Coop & North Mart – December 12 

To apply for this one-time credit please complete the application form by November 28.

If I already applied this year, do I need to reapply? 
Yes.  

What if my child isn’t registered with the Inuvialuit Trust? 

Children not registered under the IFA do not qualify for this supplement. To register your child contact enrolment@inuvialuit.com.  

Will this program be available to Inuvialuit outside of the ISR? 

The federal funding for this program is region-specific, and we are unable to provide funding outside the ISR.
