Nasittuq
Pan Arctic Inuit Logistics Corporation (PAIL) under a joint venture with ATCO Frontec Corp. of Calgary, operates and maintains the Canadian portion of the North Warning System on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) through their mutual agent Nasittuq Corporation.
Nasittuq is 100% owned and controlled by the Inuit in the four Inuit land claims settlement regions of Canada, acting through their respective “heritage organizations”. PAIL’s seven shareholders are the Inuvialuit Development Corporation (IDC); Nunasi Corporation; Makivvik Corporation; the Labrador Inuit Development Corporation (LIDC); Qikiqtaaluk Corporation; Sakku Investments Corporation, and Kitikmeot Corporation.
Stanton Group
The Stanton Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Inuvialuit Development Corporation.
Stanton Group Ltd. is an Inuvik-based food distribution company. Using the full range of transportation options available in the North-fixed-wing, on- and off-strip aircraft, helicopters, marine vessels, highway, ice road and overland vehicle support – Stanton staff are experienced in supplying top-quality, professional and dependable food services to exploration and development companies across the western Arctic.
With its extensive knowledge of the region’s transportation infrastructure, Stanton has specialized in provisioning camps and catering to oil and gas operations in the western Arctic, onshore and offshore, since 1982.
Stanton also services the Inuvik area and surrounding communities through a modern, cash and carry, retail grocery centre along with a retail Store in Tuktoyaktuk and Aklavik.

Aklak Air
Offering both scheduled and charter fixed-wing service across the Western Arctic, Aklak Air excels in providing efficient, secure and safe transportation for people, goods and material on a cost-competitive basis. Aircraft are flown by dual flight crews trained in cockpit management and hold Transport Canada Instrument Flight Ratings. All flights are provided by our custom selected fleet, maintained to the highest Transport Canada standards and safety certified.

Canadian Helicopters Limited (CHL) is the largest helicopter transportation company operating in Canada and provides a diverse range of helicopter services throughout the country. Within the Inuvialuit Settlement Region, helicopter services are provided through Canadian Helicopters in partnership with Inuvialuit Development Corporation. The joint venture has a significant presence in the Mackenzie Delta-Beaufort Sea region, providing flying support to oil and gas exploration, mining exploration, environmental monitoring, scientific research and national defense. Mackenzie Integrated Tubular Solutions
MITS is a joint venture between Inuvialuit Development Corporation (IDC) and Hallmark Tubulars Ltd. It provides products and services to the oil and gas industry in regards to integrated tubular solutions for OCTG and line pipe. MITS offers a complete range of all products and services, from mill sourcing, inventory management, inspection, threading, returns management, logistics, rental strings, accessories and installation of pipe in the wellbore. This applies to both onshore and offshore drilling projects. MITS offers a unique and unrivalled “single point of contact” solution to all aspects of OCTG and line pipe requirements.

Weldco-Beales Manufacturing
Weldco Companies is comprised of three business units: Weldco-Beales Manufacturing, Weldco Hydra-Lift and Weldco Heavy Industries. Arctic Oil and Gas Services Ltd is an Inuvialuit company providing catering support services to Oil, Gas and Mining Industries in the Mackenzie Delta and Beaufort Sea Regions. AOGS, one of the largest Aboriginal Employers in the Western Arctic, makes a concentrated effort to employ and train Inuvialuit beneficiaries and other northern residents.
