IDC Properties Applications and Documents

Those interested in applying for a unit – pending availability – can contact IDC Properties. In the case of no vacancies- IDC Properties will provide the applicant the option to have their name added to the wait list. Once a unit becomes available, the name at the top of the wait list will be notified and provided with an application. 

Please note: Employees of Inuvialuit Regional Corporation have first priority on any open unit. This means that those on the waiting list may not necessarily get a unit even if they are at the top of the list.

When asked to complete an application, potential renters must include three years of tenancy history that shows no evictions or arrears. Also, three years of employment history must be provided and all tenants must be currently employed.
