IDC Properties core holdings are located within the communities of the Inuvialuit Settlement Region.
The key components of the commercial portfolio include the Inuvialuit Corporate Centre in Inuvik, the Corporate Office Complex in Aklavik and the Inuvialuit Land Administration Building in Tuktoyaktuk.
Commercial space now totals over 66,000 sq.ft. Several of the primarily commercial buildings are mixed use and include residential units.
The division was established in 1994 to manage IDC’s growing property portfolio. It has subsequently refocused to market its management services to external parties who require cost effective asset and property management.
