Home Repair Program intake window closing soon 

Inuvialuit Regional Corporation’s (IRC) Home Repair Program is still taking requests for home evaluations for Inuvialuit beneficiaries 50 years of age and older living in the Inuvialuit Settlement Region (ISR).

Entering its fourth year of operation, the program ensures improved energy efficiency and enhances safety by tackling critical home repairs.

If you are a beneficiary homeowner 50 years of age or older who has not yet had an evaluation completed on your home, please contact Jude Weigel, manager, housing repairs at housingrepairs@inuvialuit.com or phone 867 777-7080. 

For those living in coastal communities, please contact us by February 14 to ensure materials can be ordered in time for shipping season.

Due to the high volume of requests, and the limited availability of skilled labour, it continues to take more time than expected to get to every home. The goal is to include those under the age of 50 once we have completed the current inventory. We ask for your continued patience.
