Elders benefit payment

Starting in 2026, Inuvialuit beneficiaries aged 60 and over receive four payments of $300 each throughout the year.

Payments will be released March 31, June 30, September 29 and December 31. To qualify for each payment, elders must be at least 60 years old by the date the payment is issued.

These payments are distributed through the Community Corporations. Those living outside the Inuvialuit Settlement Region can receive theirs in the mail.

Direct Deposit is an option to receive your payment directly into your account.
