The main focus of IRC’s Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Program (ISETP) agreement is to build partnerships to ensure beneficiaries have the opportunity to participate in and contribute to the economy by securing sustainable and meaningful employment. Contact IRC Education, Training and Capacity staff for opportunities and follow the Inuvialuit Regional Corporation Career Centre Facebook page.
The Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISETP) Program is designed to help Indigenous people improve their skills and find employment.
IRC assists enrolled beneficiaries of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement with Post Secondary Education through ISETP, the Inuvialuit Education Foundation (IEF) and the Inuit Post Secondary Education Strategy Program. For IRC’s Post Secondary Education Program Funding, you may contact Program Coordinator Merlyn Rogers 1.867.777.7091, email education@inuvialuit.com

Education, Training and Capacity staff also travel to ISR communities each spring to assist with applications and offer information.
