Cooperation and Benefits Agreements
In responding to its ongoing responsibilities under the Inuvialuit Final Agreement, Inuvialuit Regional Corporation regularly enters into Comprehensive Cooperation and Benefits Agreements (CCBAs) and other agreements with organizations undertaking economic activities within the Inuvialuit Settlement Region (ISR).
The agreements outline the terms and conditions under which industry and government will provide employment, training and business opportunities to Inuvialuit and Inuvialuit businesses.
In many cases the agreements are supplemented on an individual project basis by Participation and Access Agreements issued by the Inuvialuit Land Administration.
