Term Position : until March 31st, 2022


The Community Prenatal (CPNP) Worker delivers cooking and sewing classes, promotes the program in the community by sharing information, and advertising programs activities. Sessions are normally held on a bi-weekly basis. 


Main Responsibilities:

•Organize cooking groups for members of the community

•Provide information on healthy eating, food shopping, breastfeeding and infant nutrition to woman who attend the program

•Provide monthly reporting to and maintain regular contact with the Regional Health Promotions Coordinator 



•Minimum of Grade 8 Education;

•Cooking skills and the ability to follow recipes; cultural awareness of the local community.
