Education, Training and Capacity

We’re committed to supporting the career development of Inuvialuit beneficiaries through several education and skill enhancement programs, with a strong focus on skills for sustainable employment.

This work is part of how IRC is meeting the objectives of section 16 of the Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA) which includes “enabling beneficiaries to be equal and meaningful participants in the northern economy.”
